Accounts Receivable Operations for US B2B businesses
Stop babysitting invoices. Get your time back.
Missing paperwork. Unclear approvals. Invoices nobody knows how to move forward. Outstand Concierge helps growing B2B businesses identify administrative billing issues, organize internal follow-ups, and keep receivables workflows under control.
Defined scope. Consistent processes. Clear reporting.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Most stuck invoices aren't a mystery. They're an unfinished task.
Not every late payment comes from an administrative problem — clients have their own cash cycles and priorities. But many delays start with something small on your side or theirs.
The invoice is ready. The paperwork isn't.
The work is done, but the signed work order, service report, or PO number the client's AP team needs never got attached.
Nobody knows who owns the next step.
The account manager thinks billing is handling it. Billing is waiting on the project lead. The invoice waits on everyone.
The same billing issue keeps coming back.
Wrong billing contact, missing PO field, unapproved change order — fixed once, then repeated on the next invoice.
You see overdue balances, but not always the reasons.
The aging report shows what's late. It doesn't show which invoices are blocked by approvals, documents, or internal follow-up.

About
A French-operated service, built for US businesses.
My background is in finance and accounting in France. One lesson stayed with me: receivables often slow down not because the books are wrong, but because the administrative work around an invoice — the PO, the signed report, the approval, the follow-up — has no clear owner.
Growing businesses outgrow the spreadsheets and sticky notes that used to be enough. Founders end up chasing paperwork late at night, and capable team members spend hours asking whether something was sent, approved, or received.
Outstand Concierge exists to bring structure to that work: clear scope, clear ownership, and follow-ups that happen on a schedule rather than from memory.
I won't promise you payment of any invoice. What I can offer is visibility and consistency — knowing where each invoice stands, what's blocking it administratively, and who owns the next step.
Outstand is operated from France and serves US businesses remotely. If that sounds useful, book 15 minutes. I'll share what I see in your current process, whether or not we work together.

In development
Prefer to manage it yourself? We're building that too.
Outstand SaaS is a separate self-service product in development, built around three workflows:
Payment Chasing
Structured follow-up scheduling and tracking.
Payment Resolution
Logging and working through billing exceptions.
Payment Prevention
Catching missing paperwork before invoices go out.
Outstand Concierge provides hands-on operational support. Outstand SaaS is being built to give businesses software tools to manage these workflows internally.
No launch date is set. Concierge clients are never required to use the software.
